Deliveries and returns


Pimousse-store is committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service to all its customers.

We understand the importance of receiving products on time and are therefore determined to ensure that our deliveries are made in the best possible conditions.

General delivery conditions:


      Delivery times depend on the product ordered, its availability and the final destination. We undertake to respect the delivery times announced when ordering, except in cases of force majeure.

        Our deliveries are made by postal services or Mondial Relay. Several delivery choices are available to you:

        • Colissimo delivery by post: 48h/72h
        • Delivery to post office: 48h/72h
        • Delivery via Mondial Relay: 48h/72h

        You can choose your delivery method when ordering.


        Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery method chosen and the final destination. Delivery costs will be specified when ordering.


        So that you can automatically follow the progress of your delivery, we undertake to send you a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.


        Receipt of the delivery is carried out by the customer or any person designated by the customer. The customer must ensure that the delivery complies with the order and that the products are in good condition.


        In the event of a delivery problem, such as missing or damaged products, the customer must contact us within 24 hours so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

        General return conditions:

        We are proud of the quality of the products we offer at Pimousse-store.

        However, we understand that, despite our efforts to offer the best possible products, there may be times when you wish to return a product. We have therefore implemented a returns policy which will allow you to return a product if you are not satisfied.

        It is important to note that all returned products must be in new condition, unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase.

        Products on sale, personalized, or purchased during a special promotion may not be eligible for return.


        If you wish to return a product, please follow the following steps:

        1. Contact our customer service by email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number.
        2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and the return authorization number.
        3. Send the product by post to the following address indicated on the return slip that customer service will have issued for you.
        4. Once we receive the product, we check it to make sure it is in good condition. If everything is in order, we will refund or exchange the product as soon as possible.


        Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

        RETURN FEES :

        Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part in sending the product or a manufacturing defect.
