TERMS OF SALES

The purpose of these general conditions of sale (CGV) is to define the conditions under which the products or services offered by Pimousse-store are sold to its customers.

Article 1: object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of Pimousse-store and its customers in the context of the sale of products or services offered by Pimousse-store.

Article 2: Price

The prices of the products or services offered by Pimousse-store are indicated in euros and are those in force at the time of the order. Pimousse-store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products or services will be invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is validated.

Article 3: Order

Any order placed on the Pimousse-store website or by telephone is considered firm and final. Validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 4: Payment

Payment for products or services can be made online on the Pimousse-store website or by any other means of payment accepted by Pimousse-store. In the event of non-payment, Pimousse-store reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 5: Delivery, return, refund

DELIVERY :

Delivery of the products or services ordered is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and Pimousse-store cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery.

We offer free standard delivery via Mondial Relay for all orders over €55 of purchases. For orders below this amount, delivery costs will be charged based on the destination and weight of the package.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and local weather conditions. However, we will do our best to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt and ensure that it reaches you on time.

RETURNS:

We accept returns for all products that are unused and in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To return a product please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and detailed return instructions. Return costs will be your responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return and will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the product is damaged or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return criteria set out above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email so that we can verify the refunds on our end.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Article 6: Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. In this case, Pimousse-store will reimburse the customer as soon as possible.

Article 7: Guarantee

Pimousse-store guarantees the conformity of the products or services offered for sale. In the event of non-compliance, the customer may request replacement or reimbursement of the products or services concerned.

Article 8: Liability

Pimousse-store cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products or services offered for sale.

Article 9: Intellectual property

All elements of the Pimousse-store site are protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced, used or represented without the written authorization of Pimousse-store.

Article 10: Confidentiality

The personal data relevant to the customer is used only in the context of the sale of products or services offered by Pimousse-store.

Pimousse-store undertakes not to disclose this data to third parties.

Article 11: Applicable law

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction: These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
